John Caesar: 27K collected in one month, after a $400 first customer
John ran a marketing agency for construction companies. He tested a new offer with a $400 customer, fixed what broke, raised his price, and collected 27K in the month before we spoke.
Where he started
John didn't start from zero, and he says so himself. His agency made around 8K a month, and he found its customers with cold email.
Then he made that his offer. He books meetings for other B2B companies.
The first customer
His first customer for the new offer paid $400. Once, not per month.
The meetings came. The customer couldn't close them, and left.
John fixed his deliverability and the product. Then he raised his price.
The result
He raised it in steps: about 4,000, then 6,000, then a retainer of 8.6K a month that he was closing the day before we spoke.
In the month before the interview, he collected 27K in cash. The contracts he closed that month came to around 40 to 50K.
Those are his numbers, said on camera.
In his words
“But to be fair, I didn't suffer from zero. So, you know, I ran a marketing agency before this.”
